Our diverse and multicultural staff, many of whom are bilingual, enable us to engage effectively with communities throughout Central America and the Caribbean. This rich array of backgrounds equips us with a broad range of perspectives, strategies, and methodologies that enhance our capacity-building efforts and assistance to vulnerable populations through our faith-based partners.

Our program managers bring decades of invaluable experience from distinguished U.S. Government organizations, including the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), as well as some of the most prominent NGO development partners. Their expertise allows us to design and implement solutions specifically tailored to meet the needs of the communities we serve, ensuring impact at every level.

At OAA, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity. Our team upholds core values such as respect and empathy, ensuring our interactions with donors, partners, vendors, and beneficiaries reflect our dedication to Christian service and compassion.

To further enhance our capabilities, OAA provides staff with ongoing professional training. We adhere to detailed organizational procedures, management guidelines, and results management systems, all of which comply with U.S. Government requirements. Additionally, our internal audit systems ensure that we deliver effective, transparent, and accountable aid to the most vulnerable populations in the region.

Our team is more than just a group of individuals; we are united by a shared mission to make a positive impact. We are proud to serve alongside some of the most dedicated professionals in the field, and we remain committed to delivering high-quality humanitarian assistance where it is needed most.
